wastes & waste mixtures
wastes from mechanical separation
sel19 12 11* / 80 residues from separation - with hazardous substances and/or plastics above ROHS/REACH values  mix of residues (organic fractions/wastes or mix of organic and inorganic fractions/wastes) from (manual sorting or) mechanical separation
- with hazardous substances and/or
- with components to be removed (no/only partly de-pollution) and/or
- with plastics above ROHS/REACH values for restricted Br-FR and/or heavy metals,
for 'further treatment' (e.g. conditioning) or 'final processes' (e.g. special landfill or HWI)
[if no hazardous substances - see 19 12 12 / 01]
sel19 12 12 / 01 residues from separation - no hazardous substances and plastics below ROHS/REACH values  mix of residues (organic fractions/wastes or mix of organic and inorganic fractions/wastes) from (manual sorting or) mechanical separation, fractions with no hazardous substances and plastics below ROHS/REACH values for restricted Br-FR and/or heavy metals, for 'further treatment' (e.g. conditioning) or 'final processes' (e.g. landfill or MWI), if no further information on size, quality etc. - or as structure headline - see options for quality classes following
[if combustible waste (refuse derived fuel) - see also mixture of combustible wastes conditioned for incineration - 19 12 10 / 01]
[if with hazardous substances - see 19 12 11* / 80]
packaging & non WEEE input & WEEE not in the scope
sel15 01 01 paper/cardboard packaging material  paper and cardboard packaging sorted from INPUT (see target of 'full' documentation of Input-Output), this non-WEEE shall not influence the recycling & recovery quotas achieved > it is planned that this share/amount may be deducted from the total input of WEEE or for any batch etc.
sel15 01 02 plastic packaging material  plastic packaging sorted from INPUT (see target of 'full' documentation of Input-Output), this non-WEEE shall not influence the recycling & recovery quotas achieved > it is planned that this share/amount may be deducted from the total input of WEEE or for any batch etc.
sel99 99 20 wrongly allocated non WEEE material  non-WEEE parts like plastics, mineral or wood pieces etc., not from WEEE, but within WEEE input, provided for the option to determine the full input weight and to determine sorting results of non WEEE material, see option to deduct foreseen; you may give a remark on the kind of the non WEEE material determined in 'internal name'
[for wrongly allocated WEEE parts - use 99 99 30]
[for wrongly allocated WEEE ('appliances') - use e.g. 16 02 11* / 00, 16 02 13* / 01 etc.]
[for wrongly allocated WEEE out of the scope - use 99 99 40]

sel99 99 30 wrongly allocated WEEE parts  WEEE parts like motors, circuit boards, cables etc., e.g. loose/bulk/pre-sorted in input delivery, e.g. not from input category; provided for the option to determine the full input weight and to determine sorting results of wrongly allocated WEEE parts, see option to deduct foreseen;
you may give a remark on the kind of the WEEE parts determined in 'internal name'
[for wrongly allocated non WEEE material - use 99 99 20]
sel99 99 40 wrongly allocated WEEE out of the scope  WEEE out of the scope = WEEE not 'in the scope' of WEEE (general/EU) and/or of the WEEE law/regulation of the country, e.g. boilers, large luminaires and/or other appliances generally installed as fixed installations; provided for the option to determine the full input weight and to determine sorting results of wrongly allocated WEEE out of the scope, see option to deduct foreseen; you may give a remark on the kind of the WEEE out of the scope determined in 'internal name'
[for wrongly allocated WEEE parts - use 99 99 30]
[for wrongly allocated WEEE (within the scope) - use e.g. 16 02 11* / 00, 16 02 13* / 01 etc.]
losses & additional amounts
sel99 99 00 losses  losses during treatment of WEEE like e.g. dust, fines etc. - take care: loss will have to be classified according to 'worst case' scenario - landfill disposal or thermal disposal (like classification of majority of other 'residues' from treatment), the 'option to deduct' will be foreseen, to be agreed with the WEEE system if this option may be used
