There are several direct or indirect options of use (see video Options to download data under Videos for reporters).
For example:
- you may use the 'Overview' print out directly (e.g. to report to your authority to provide downstream information)
- you may export data to use them for annual company reports
- you may provide WF-RepTool data and/or the flow chart of treatment (see Can I get a flow chart of the treatment chain?) for audits

Look at and print out the 'Graph' for a report - see the video Working with the 'Graph' under Videos for reporters and cut outs (e.g. video Print 'Graph').

Treatment results for individual reports you may get out of the WF-RepTool by different download options (see video Options to download data):
* pdf export of reports
* Excel exports for reports
Additionally you may print out the 'Graph' as pdf export (see video Print 'Graph').
You may also do Excel exports of 'Summaries' of reports (see user manual - reporter level chapter 10).

Yes of course you may do a copy of a WF-RepTool report for the next reporting period (one of the main targets of the WF-RepTool to make life easier - see video How to copy a report? and cut outs under Videos for reporters) but you have to check and make sure that actual data are used.
Especially de-pollution results must be from the 'new' reporting period. Next step shredder and/or separation results may be used for a longer time period (depending on national agreements and as long as input material and technologies of treatment/separation/final technologies stay the same).

If package and/or task contents are taken over to the copy of the report depends on the settings by the WF-RepTool administrator - see videos Copy packages content on "Copy previous" and Copy tasks content on "Copy previous" as cut out video from Configuration = do settings to your needs! under Videos for administrators.

Yes, there is a download & upload feature foreseen (see user manual - reporter level point 5.7.).
